Membership subscriptions
Observer Ranch offers a membership subscription (The Video Observatory) that gives you access to recorded events and workshops for the length of your term.
Your membership is billed on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout, and it renews automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel. Your payment details are stored securely and you are charged at the start of each term.
You can cancel at any time from your account, from the links in your order confirmation email, or by emailing info@observerranch.com. When you cancel, your membership stays active through the end of the term you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Membership payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancelling stops future renewals and does not refund the current term.
