When do I get access after buying

Immediately. The moment your order is confirmed you can log in and start watching.

How do I log in

Login is passwordless. Go to your account, enter your email, and we send a one-time code. The Video Observatory lives at /a/members.

Does my membership auto-renew

Yes. Your membership renews automatically each year on your join date so your access and discounts stay uninterrupted. You get a reminder before renewal and can cancel anytime before then.

What happens if my membership lapses

If it expires or is canceled you lose access to the Video Observatory and members area. You can rejoin at the current rate of $397 per year.

What are the member discounts

Members get 10% off all camping and lodging and 20% off the online store. Both apply as soon as your membership is confirmed.

What can I access on-site

Your membership includes full facility access during open hours: the gym, Little Spark Library, Learning Center, shop, and laundry.
