How many guests can you host?

The Learning Center comfortably holds up to 50 guests indoors, with deck space for up to 100 and a wraparound ceremony area. It's built for intimate weddings, not 200-person receptions.

Can our guests stay on site?

Yes. We have six new modern A-frame cabins, each with a loft and a full kitchen, plus glamping and RV/tent sites. The full package includes a cabin for two nights; ask about a lodging block when you inquire.

What's included in the venue rental?

Private use of the Learning Center, Library, and deck, plus projector, tables, and chairs for up to 50 guests, with set-up, take-down, and basic decor handled for you. The full package adds rehearsal-dinner use and a cabin for two nights.

Do you provide catering?

We offer food-truck and catering options and will walk you through them when you inquire.

Can we have the ceremony outside?

Yes, the wraparound deck overlooks the Sangre de Cristo range and the seasonal Eight Mile Creek, and is the most popular ceremony spot.

What makes Observer Ranch different?
