Membership Terms All members are expected to follow Ranch policies and community standards at all times. Observer Ranch reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership for conduct that compromises the safety or experience of others.

When do I get access after purchasing? Immediately. The moment your order is confirmed, you'll receive access to the Members Area, recorded event library, and your member discounts.

Does my membership auto-renew? Yes — memberships automatically renew annually on your join date to keep your access and discounts uninterrupted. You'll receive a reminder before renewal. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date.

Will I keep the $297 rate if I auto-renew? Yes. Members who join before May 1st lock in the $297 founding rate for as long as they maintain an active membership.

What happens if I let my membership lapse? If your membership expires or is canceled, you'll lose access to the Members Area and recorded library. Rejoining after May 1st will be at the then-current rate of $397/year.

Can I gift a membership? Absolutely — memberships make a meaningful gift for family and friends who love learning, the outdoors, or the Ranch. Reach out to us directly to arrange a gift membership.

What is the Members Area? The Members Area is your private online hub where you can access recorded event talks, engage with courses, and connect with fellow members through community chat inside the Events & Courses section.

Do my discounts apply immediately? Yes. Your 10% accommodation discount and 20% online store discount are active as soon as your membership is confirmed.

Can I use my facility access anytime? Facility access — including the Gym, Little Spark Library, Learning Center, shop, and laundry — is available during Observer Ranch open hours whenever you are on-site.

What events are recorded and available to members? All Observer Ranch speaker events and select special events are recorded and added to the member library after each event. New content is added throughout the year.
